Here are some of the organisations we’ve partnered with — across SaaS, commerce, health and education — solving real product problems with durable software.
“Lakeside have been responsible for building and running the core technology behind thelittleloop as the business has grown and evolved.
They’ve consistently focused on what actually needed to be built — and just as importantly, what didn’t. That discipline has been critical as we navigated pivots, scale, and the realities of running a circular commerce business.”
Charlotte Morley — CEO, The Little Loop

Recently approved by the NHS, Medicus Health is the first new EMR system for UK GPs in over 25 years. Lakeside supported early product development and delivered key infrastructure to help the platform meet the operational and compliance requirements of live clinical use.

We built and operate the core commerce and operations platform behind The Little Loop — because its recommerce model couldn’t be built with off-the-shelf e-commerce.
As the business evolved through a major pivot and national exposure on BBC’s Dragon’s Den, the platform evolved with it. What began as a rental product is now a circular commerce system supporting resale for leading UK brands, including JoJo Maman Bébé.
Lakeside built a custom CMS and mobile app for GROW Australia, helping streamline nationwide peer-support operations and provide clearer, more reliable reporting to funders.

Arility is a world-first augmented reality (AR) app that teaches road safety to school children at scale. Lakeside supported the development of the platform to deliver engaging, real-world learning in a safe classroom setting.
Lakeside exists to solve real business problems, not just write code. We take responsibility for turning unclear requirements into working software, and for explaining trade-offs and decisions in plain language.
Our team focuses on understanding the problem first, then delivering only what’s needed to move the product forward — clearly, deliberately, and without unnecessary complexity.
